Growing Your Membership With Your Family
Additional Family Member and Child Pricing
Our Couples Membership is designed to grow with your household, so you are not limited to just two people on a single plan. You can add additional family members for $375 per year for those age 13 and older, or $225 per year for children age 0 to 12.
Families with more than one child can also add an additional child to the Child Membership for $225 per year for ages 0 to 12, which makes it easier to keep every member of your family, including your youngest patients, up to date on their preventive dental care and children’s dentistry needs.
Beyond flexible pricing, our membership plan is designed to feel refreshingly simple. There are no yearly maximums, no claim forms to file, and no pre-authorization requirements standing between you and your appointment. No one is denied coverage, and there are no deductibles, waiting periods, or pre-existing condition limitations to worry about.

Once enrolled, you can schedule your first exam and cleaning and start using your plan right away.
4. Enjoy Ongoing Savings
From there, your plan renews annually, giving you consistent preventive care and discounted pricing on additional treatment throughout the year.
