Dr. Diego Azar brings over two decades of clinical experience to the team at Smile Design Holistic, where his depth of expertise allows us to offer truly comprehensive dental care under one roof. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Azar earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2005 alongside his longtime colleague and collaborator, Dr. Andy Baghaei. That shared foundation has informed a lasting professional partnership rooted in high standards, comprehensive care, and a genuine commitment to patients.
Dr. Azar’s clinical background spans the full scope of general dentistry, including full-mouth implant restorations, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, pediatric care, and orthodontics. His multi-disciplinary approach means patients can receive a wide range of treatments in one familiar, comfortable environment without being referred to multiple outside providers. In addition to his role at Smile Design Holistic, Dr. Azar is the owner of multiple Smile Design dental locations across South Florida, reflecting his longstanding commitment to expanding access to quality dental care throughout the region.
Dr. Azar is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to connect with and fully support Spanish-speaking patients throughout their care.
