Dr. Andy Baghaei, DMD – Clinical Director
Dr. Andy Baghaei is the Clinical Director and owner of Smile Design Holistic, where he leads with a vision centered on comprehensive, patient-focused, and wellness-oriented dentistry. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, he attended the University of Toronto before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2005. With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Baghaei has built his career on providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care that integrates modern techniques with a personalized approach tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Baghaei is passionate about holistic and comprehensive dentistry, emphasizing the connection between oral health and overall systemic wellness. He is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that prioritize long-term health, function, and aesthetics while ensuring patients feel comfortable and fully informed throughout their care. As Clinical Director, he oversees all clinical protocols and ensures that Smile Design Holistic maintains the highest standards of excellence and innovation.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Baghaei is a devoted father who enjoys skiing, pickleball, travel, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle. His commitment to both his patients and his profession reflects his belief in helping people achieve not only healthier smiles but improved overall well-being.

Dr. Diego Azar, DMD
Dr. Diego Azar is a highly experienced general dentist with over twenty years of clinical experience providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary dental care. He and Dr. Baghaei were classmates at Nova Southeastern University, where they graduated together in 2005, and have continued to collaborate closely throughout their careers in comprehensive dental settings.
Dr. Azar has extensive expertise in providing complete dental care under one roof, including full-mouth implant restorations, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, pediatric care, and orthodontics. His depth of experience allows Smile Design Holistic to provide truly comprehensive treatment solutions tailored to each patient’s individual needs. In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Azar is the owner of multiple Smile Design dental locations across South Florida, reflecting his commitment to expanding access to high-quality dental care.
He is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking patients and ensure they feel confident and well-informed throughout their care. Outside the office, Dr. Azar is a devoted father who values family and community.

Dr. Lauren A. Dreese, DMD
Dr. Lauren Dreese is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to providing gentle, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences.
Dr. Dreese is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Her clinical experience includes restorative dentistry, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and preventive care. She is also Invisalign certified and actively participates in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Her calm and reassuring approach, combined with her attention to detail, allows her to deliver high-quality care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
